An american company called Channel Intelligence accused other startups companies and individuals for offer wish lists for products other may want others to buy for them. Channel Intelligence claims that all these companies infringe its patent Nº 6917941 tha covers the invention of creating a list of things in a database.One
interesting thing: among these companies don´t
appear Amazon or eBay.
